General ManagerElaine’s focus is our Midlands Rail – Engineering for Growth priorities and specifically our people and skills initiatives. Elaine has been with RFM part time since October 2015. She previously worked for the National Skills Academy for Rail where she was responsible for all the industry skills forecasting work amongst other things. Membership and Communications ManagerHaving joined the Rail Forum in 2016 after graduating with a degree in English Language and Literature, Sophia now leads on the Forum’s varied events calendar, as well as providing day-to-day member support and keeping you up to date with industry and Forum news. email@example.com
Engagement ManagerRobert, or Bob, has recently joined the team as Rail Forum Engagement Manager following over 20 years’ experience as Sales Director at TRB Lightweight Structures. Bob’s knowledge of the rail supply chain and rolling stock is invaluable to the Forum, as he will engage with members to maximise future opportunities within the industry in both the rolling stock and infrastructure sectors. firstname.lastname@example.org
Rail Forum AdministratorJemma is currently a student at the University of Derby studying Business Management (major) and English (minor); she has recently joined the Rail Forum team as an intern, acting as part-time Rail Forum Administrator. Jemma’s main responsibilities will be helping with events, communication, social media and other Forum activities.
