Henderson Taylor FM Ltd
Henderson & Taylor FM is at the forefront of providing effective treatment and eradication solutions for the removal of Japanese knotweed and other invasive species to a wide variety of clients in the UK. Our innovative approach is tailored to reduce risks, minimise costs and be both environmentally sustainable and legally compliant.
We operate nationwide and offer a ‘one stop shop’ solution. We possess the capabilities, experience and resources to develop, manage and deliver effective treatment and eradication solutions. Our experts can work with you to advise on methods to eradicate your problem weeds. By self delivering all aspects of the programme we reduce the supply chain and avoid ‘margin-on-margin’ issues. As a result, we have brought peace of mind to many individuals and to commercial and public sector organisations.
As an Environment Agency (EA) registered Waste Carrier with an EA Recycling Permit, our management systems are ISO accredited to 9001, 14001, and 18001. We are RISQS 5* registered with Network Rail and are also CHAS and Construction Line registered. We possess EL / PL insurance to £10 million. Additionally, we offer a 5 or 10 year Lloyds of London Insurance Backed Guarantee for our treatment and removal programmes.
We can remove knotweed and incinerate it in situ, thereby considerably reducing costs by removing expensive landfill charges. This ‘zero to landfill’ solution reduces the treatment time and minimises disruption caused by multiple vehicle movements on and off site. It also has full waste transfer record transparency and accountability.
We’ll professionally manage the whole process, from initial discussions through to the site audit, production of a Risk Register and onto the project management of the Management Plan. Each client is assigned a specific Account Manager so there is always a single point of contact, enabling any queries or requests to be actioned quickly, efficiently and appropriately resolved.
Environmental Policy is the cornerstone of our strategy and is an integral part of business. The UK has unprecedented levels of waste controls which businesses must ensure that they fully comply with. We take legal compliance very seriously and recent legislative changes have led to a legal minefield for businesses. It is vital within the ever increasing climate of environment legislation and regulations, that our clients remain fully informed of their obligations.
