Member testimonial

We initially joined RFM so as to support our wider marketing strategy and to develop further networking opportunities. I had already identified the positive reputation and influence of the organisation and I was impressed at the range of activities and events that RFM were undertaking. I recognised that these were likely to be extremely informative and helpful to me and my organisation as we sought to increase our access to new areas of the UK railway market. It was clear that the cost of membership represented good value (and still does!) given the strength and depth of the work that RFM was undertaking and the extent to which this complimented our aspirations. The strong and effective leadership of the organisation was apparent and influenced my initial decision to join.

Why we chose to upgrade to Silver: All of the reasons that encouraged us to join RFM are still very much apparent and we have been delighted to have been a member. The events and lobbying activities are of clear benefit to the industry, my organisation as well as my CPD! I have chosen to upgrade because I want to affirm my commitment to RFM, to further support its work across the rail industry and to enhance the profile of my organisation.

Member Testimonial

Without the support of RFM during the Covid19 crisis, Sperry would have almost certainly reneged on some of its European contractual obligations. The Forum’s close connection with the Department for BEIS has been enormously useful. It has been, and will continue to be, a ‘go to’ resource that actively represents our business in the East Midlands

Justin Stroud, Managing Director, Sperry Europe

Eligibility to be a Patron of the Rail Forum is normally by special invitation only and is for those companies who wish to demonstrate significant regional and national leadership in the sector, especially in relation to supply chain development and the rail industry’s national priorities.

Whilst Patrons receive all the benefits of Gold Membership highlighted above they also benefit from a level of tailored support from the RFM team to suit their specific needs.
