This Mental Wealth Cafe online session will consider the effects and impacts of isolation and how to cope.   This is a practical session on how to support each other when it all gets too much and after several weeks of lockdown, could be a useful opportunity to find out what to do to support yourself and others.

We will take a look at:

  • How isolation is different to alone time and why that’s important
  • The health impacts of social isolation.
  • 5 steps to overcoming isolation and re-connecting

This is for RFM members only. 

As with all our online meetings, the registration will close as late a possible to allow all members the opportunity to book.  For this meeting, registration will close at 12noon on 13th May.  Joining Instructions will be issued by 1pm on 13th May latest.
