In this session we look at the current and continued ability to reach end users in overseas markets. We explain methods of evaluating and mitigating the risk of supply failure, focusing on performance, financial, political, and logistical aspects.

We show how to review current routes to market and how alternatives might offer a means of retaining business and winning new customers. We also consider methods of identifying new opportunities in the post COVID-19 environment.

This two-hour session will comprise a live audio and visual presentation, including questions and answers. Participants will have the opportunity to submit questions in advance or during the event.

Who should attend? This event will particularly benefit people with export sales management responsibilities as well as senior managers and those with international marketing responsibilities.
