This one day workshop provides frameworks and strategies for managing your digital marketing. With practical hands-on application to start developing your digital marketing roadmap.

This assumes some knowledge of digital marketing and / or attendance at the earlier masterclass, digital marketing essentials.

The day starts with a framework to construct your digital marketing plan, based on the knowledge of the current digital status of your business.

You will develop customer segments, that more closely match your business ambitions and will review the customer journey, in particular the ‘path to purchase’ and remove unnecessary roadblocks, as well as identifying other marketing activity needed. During the day you will learn how to create clever digital marketing objectives that work, using a framework to ensure these are sustainable and meet the company’s overall targets. This leads into the understanding of how to construct your digital marketing strategy and identify the resources required to achieve your objectives.
If you bring your laptop or tablet, you will be able to use a range of templates to start creating the plan during the workshop.

You will conclude the day developing a digital action plan to take back into your business.
